Mumbles always showed he had a bit of talent when he was a young horse. However, there was always a reason as to why he just couldn’t put it all together. All the hype was for Black Caviars son, who was returning from a lengthy spell and sent out odds on favourite.
Winks stalked Prince of Caviar as soon as the barriers opened. He moved to his outside in the home straight, mowing him down to win by a length and three quarters.
